 Cases to Get You Started

Design A Case offers an extensive library of cases to help get you started. Our problem-based cases cover a wide array of primary care topics and include clinical pearls and resources to boost your students’ learning. Special topics in our cases include: basic science, clinical pharmacology, health maintenance and patient education, and cultural competencies.

Also included in our starter library are our Virtual Families. Focused on family-centered care within a psycho-socioeconomic context, Virtual Families feature an increased focus on the basic sciences. Each Virtual Family contains an overview case and 6-8 patient cases. Virtual Families have an enhanced interface that provides students with a family overview and interactive genogram, complete with mini-histories of each family member.
